Who is Kathy?
Kathy began her full-time real estate career in 1979 and has been a multi-million dollar producer ever since. She is a Vice President of Coldwell Banker Hunneman Wellesley Real Estate and holds three professional designations: Graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Member of the Real Estate Cyberspace Society (RECS). The CRS designation is held by less than 2% of all realtors in the United States. In addition, she is a member of Hunneman's 1929 Club, which honors the top 29 associates out of 2500 agents currently affiliated with the company.

The International President's Elite award, which Kathy has received for nine consecutive years, is the highest distinction given by the Company. The recipients represent the top 1% of all sales associates both nationally and internationally. During her career, Kathy has sold over 280 million dollars in property, nearly 30 million of which has been sold in 2000.
Kathy was raised in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts, and graduated from the Brimmer and May School and Marymount College in Tarrytown, N.Y. She and her husband, Philip, have two grown children. Her daughter is a law student at Boston College and her son is an artist in New York. Kathy has been active in community, church, and school affairs as well as the Junior League of Boston. Her current interests are gardening, golf, and travel.
